POP

“Colonia”
A Camp
(Wigpowder/Universal)

Eight years after their debut Nina Persson, Nathan Larson and Niclas Frisk is back with this refreshing flirt with 60:s Pop.

Although Nina(from The Cardigans) still is the front-figure Nathan and in particular Niclas takes up more space on this album but as with Ninas all projects it all circles around her voice.

From the rock-influences in “Here are many wild animals” to pompus strings the unorganized 60:s pop flirt is the main-sound sound of the album. It’s still a very complex album sound- and lyricswise with statements on everthing from American politics to, both past and present but somehow they manage to sew it all together.

Best so far!
