Straight out of the school orchestra, American violinist Birds background could work against him or for him, much dependent of the music gengre he chooses to work within, Bird decided to stay close to his roots. The Violin is still there and added to that is piano, guitars but also organ and bird song. It might seem a little to much, especially if you consider the serious lyrics but Bird manage to balance music and song very well without anything taking overhand. The best track from the album in my opinion is Cataracts.
